1. Order Cancellation by Customer
1.1 Before Dispatch
You may cancel an order before it has been dispatched by contacting us at:

Cancellations made before dispatch will be processed within 1 to 2 working days, and a full refund will be initiated.
1.2 After Dispatch
- Once materials have been dispatched, cancellation requests will be subject to our return and restocking policy
- For perishable or custom-cut materials (e.g., cut steel, custom-mixed chemicals), cancellation after dispatch may not be possible
- Return logistics charges will be borne by the customer in case of post-dispatch cancellations
2. Cancellation by HigherX
HigherX reserves the right to cancel an order in the following circumstances:
- Product is out of stock or no longer available
- Pricing or product description errors on the platform
- Delivery address is outside our serviceable area
- Payment transaction could not be verified
- Suspected fraudulent or misrepresented orders
In all such cases, the customer will be informed promptly and any payment made will be fully refunded.
3. Returns Policy
3.1 Eligible Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- Damaged or defective materials reported within 48 hours of delivery
- Wrong product delivered that does not match the order specifications
- Sealed and unused products in original packaging (applicable to select categories)
3.2 Non-Returnable Items
- Custom-mixed or specially prepared materials (e.g., custom waterproofing compounds)
- Cut-to-size materials (steel rods, pipes, etc.)
- Products that have been used, installed, or altered
- Products damaged due to improper storage or handling at the customer’s site
4. Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Contact HigherX within 48 hours of delivery via phone, email, or WhatsApp
- Provide your Order ID, description of the issue, and photographs of the damaged or incorrect item
- Our team will review your claim and respond within 2 working days
- Approved returns will be picked up or instructions provided for return logistics
5. Refund Policy
- Refunds for approved cancellations and returns will be processed within 5 to 7 working days
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment source (bank account, UPI ID, or card)
- Cash refunds are not provided
- Delivery charges are non-refundable in cases where the order has already been dispatched, unless the error was on HigherX’s part
6. Service Cancellation
For HigherX real estate services (Design & Planning, Marketing Collaterals, Sales Enablement, Construction & Execution):
- Service agreements must be reviewed individually, as cancellation terms will be stated in the service contract
- Where no specific contract exists, cancellations must be made in writing at least 5 working days before the scheduled commencement date
- Work already completed or expenses incurred will be billed proportionately
