HigherX is committed to delivering construction materials in a timely, safe, and professional manner. Our delivery process is designed to minimize disruptions to your project timeline and ensure that materials arrive in optimal condition.
2. Delivery Coverage
- HigherX currently delivers within Bengaluru and select locations across Karnataka
- Deliveries to project sites outside Bengaluru city limits may attract additional logistics charges
- For large-scale or bulk orders to outstation locations, please contact our team at +91-63624-75652 for a customized delivery plan
3. Delivery Timelines
Standard Delivery
- Orders placed before 12:00 PM on working days will typically be processed on the same day
- Estimated delivery: 2 to 5 working days from order confirmation
Bulk & Scheduled Orders
- For bulk material orders (e.g., cement, steel, aggregates), delivery timelines will be confirmed at the time of order
- Customers may schedule a preferred delivery date subject to availability
Express Delivery
- Express delivery options may be available for select products and locations. Please inquire during order placement.
4. Delivery Charges
- Delivery charges vary based on product type, quantity, order value, and delivery location
- Applicable delivery charges will be clearly displayed at checkout before order confirmation
- Free delivery may be offered on orders above a specified minimum value as indicated on the platform
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation via SMS/email with tracking details. You can also track your order through the Track Order section on our website.
6. Delivery Conditions
- Ensure the delivery address is accurate and accessible for heavy material vehicles
- A responsible person must be present at the delivery location to receive and verify the materials
- HigherX is not liable for delays arising from incorrect addresses, inaccessible sites, or the absence of a receiver
- For materials like steel and aggregates, adequate unloading facilities (labour or machinery) must be arranged at the site
7. Damaged or Incorrect Deliveries
- Inspect all materials at the time of delivery and note any visible damage on the delivery receipt
- Report damaged or incorrect items within 48 hours of delivery by contacting us at info@higherx.in or +91-63624-75652
- HigherX will arrange for replacement or resolution on a priority basis for verified claims
- Damage reported after 48 hours may not be eligible for replacement
8. Force Majeure
HigherX shall not be held responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, government restrictions, supply chain disruptions, or adverse weather conditions.
