- HigherX accepts payment through methods listed on the platform including online transfers, UPI, and other digital payment options
- HigherX is not responsible for any transaction failures caused by third-party payment gateways
5. User Accounts
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- All activities performed under your account are your sole responsibility
- Notify us immediately at info@higherx.in if you suspect unauthorized access
- HigherX reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms
6. Vendor Participation
Vendors who register on the HigherX platform agree to:
- Provide accurate product information, pricing, and availability
- Fulfill orders in a timely and professional manner
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
- Adhere to HigherX’s vendor code of conduct
HigherX reserves the right to remove vendors who fail to meet quality or service standards.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on higherx.in including logos, text, graphics, images, and software is the exclusive intellectual property of HigherX. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or use of any content is strictly prohibited without prior written consent.
8. Limitation of Liability
HigherX shall not be liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from product use
- Delays caused by logistics partners, natural events, or circumstances beyond our control
- Technical errors or downtime on the platform
Our total liability in any event shall not exceed the value of the order in dispute.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
10. Changes to Terms
